I have one month to go until I have to take the USMC fitness test.I really need to get in shape and lose the extra weight I put on this past summer.
Besides that, I need to get myself to be able to do some serious pull-ups. I need to be able to do a 14 dead-hang pull-ups. Maybe Dumbell Hammr Curls might help? That's what one of my buddies said he did.
I guess I'll try some hammer curls then. See how that goes. Now sure what I'll do for the running and crunches parts.
