Here's to day 4 of doing hammer curls. I've done it so far and I've managed to be able to get some results. My arms are only tired from the push-ups I've been doing.
My exercise regimen's gone like this:
10 reps of 10 pushups as fast as I can
1 reps of 25 pushups slow and controlled
40 minutes jogging using HIIT
40 reps of 5 hammer curls using a 50lb weight in each hand
5 reps fo 10 sit-ups while hanging upside down
Continuous sit-ups until I can't do anymore
After all this I jog home from the gym. Takes me about 25 minutes.
I'm seeing some results, but I just started a new program.
